By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications available through platforms (“the website”) and / or making a reservation, you agree to have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions shown below, as well as with our Privacy Policies.

These pages, their content, structure, infrastructure and the online booking service for activities and/or excursions that they provide through this website (the “Service”) belong TOURSITE S.R.L. and are managed and supplied by Bávaro Go excursions, bavarogo.com (“bavarogo.com”, “us”, “we” or “our”), and can only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified below.

Scope of our service

Through this website, we (Bávaro Go, bavarogo.com and its affiliates) provide an online platform through which users can book activities and/or excursions. By making a reservation through www.bavarogo.com, you establish a direct contractual relationship (legally binding) with Bávaro Go excursions and TOURSITE S.R.L. legal entity that represents it. TOURSITE and/or Bávaro Go Excursions hires services and products with different suppliers in favor of its customers.

Information or description of products offered

The information we show is based on the information provided by the suppliers. Although we try to make our service as accurate as possible, we cannot verify or guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or correct. Nor are we responsible for errors (such as manifest and typographical errors), interruptions (due to temporary and/or partial server crashes or repairs, updates and maintenance of our website or other reasons), inaccurate, misleading or false information, or missing of information. The supplier is responsible at all times for the accuracy, accuracy, and correctness of the information (both descriptive and regarding rates and availability) that appears on our website.

The prices that appear on our website are expressed in US dollars. All prices on the bávarogo.com website are shown with taxes included and are subject to change of said taxes unless otherwise indicated on our website or in the confirmation email.
Sometimes, on our website, there is a specific cheaper rate on a product. These rates created by the suppliers may entail special restrictions and conditions, for example, regarding cancellation and reimbursement. Check the cancellation policies carefully to know the conditions before making the reservation.

Credit Cards

In some cases, there are products that offer the possibility of paying reservations (in full, according to the provider’s payment conditions) during the reservation process through an online secure payment system (provided that your bank offers and supports it). Payment is processed securely directly from your credit/debit card or from your account to the account of the establishment through an external payment processor (PayPal).

Cancellation Policies

By making an excursion reservation, you accept and agree to the cancellation and no-show conditions and policies as well as other additional terms and conditions. The general conditions of cancellation and no show of each excursion are at your disposal on our website, both during the booking process and in the confirmation e-mail. Keep in mind that some rates or special offers do not allow changes or cancellations. Check the details of each excursion or activity to see the conditions before making the reservation.

To cancel a hired excursion, being within the business term, you must access your account on the bavarogo.com site by entering your username and password, then see on the Reservations tab and select cancel. Your service will be canceled and both you and Bávaro Go Excursions will be notified in order to process a refund if applicable. To cancel an excursion after the business period but with medical justification, you must do so by sending us an email to [email protected] in which you must include all the details regarding your reservation as well as an official Dominican medical certificate.


Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

  • Except for Excursion Packages (Combos) or special offers, there will be no charges on the total value of your cancellation reservation made More Than 24 hours before the start of the contracted excursion, except for Excursion Packages (Combos) u Special offers. A 100% charge will be applied to the total value of your reservation for cancellations that are made with LESS Than 24 hours before the start of the hired excursion.


  • Excursion packages (Combos) or special offers have a cancellation policy free of charge if this is done WITH MORE THAN 72 hours before the start of the first excursion contracted in the package. After this period of time, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total value of the reservation. Reimbursements in case of Excursion Packages (Combos) will be made to the part or portion of the excursion not performed and previously justified. The excursion packages are offers created in coordination with the different providers and the prices of these offers are lower than those expressed in excursions with normal prices, therefore the reimbursement value in these cases is always lower.


  • In case of not being able to make one of the excursions booked in a package or Combo, a refund will only be made if the non-participation in the said excursion is due to medical reasons and is justified by the presentation of a written and valid official medical certificate. No charges will be applied to the person or persons described in the said certificate, the other participants must carry out the contracted activity or have a 100% charge on the individual value of their reservation.
  • In case of cancellation for medical reasons provided that it is justified by a written and valid official medical certificateno charges will be applied to the person or persons described in the said certificate, the other participants must perform the contracted activity or have a 100% charge on the individual value of your reservation. If the provider allows it, it will be possible to reschedule the booked excursion.
  • In case of cancellation of an excursion by the provider of the same and for whatever reason. The client can choose to reschedule their excursion or request a refund without charge for the amount paid for the said excursion.
  • Bávaro Go Excursiones, bavarogo.com and/or the provider, reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or modify, without prior reservation.

Refunds (Total or partial), will be processed through the payment platform and will be refunded directly to your PayPal account. Please note that if you lose or do not have access to your PayPal account, you must contact that entity at www.paypal.com and regularize the status of your account in order to receive any refund from bavarogo.com. All refunds can take from three (3) to five (5) days after starting the process.

Check the Cancellation Policy of the excursion you are booking. Take into account that there are excursions that are not Refundable, so if you (The customer) cancels it or does not show up (No show), you will not receive any refund and will have a 100% charge of the value of the booked excursion.


No show.

If you do not show up (No show) to the excursion, you will be charged 100% of the value of your reservation. After being No Show in a contracted activity, in some cases and depending on the provider there will be the possibility to reschedule your excursion, but in no case will a refund be made if the re-scheduled excursion is canceled either by you (the client ) or the provider for whatever reason.


Modification of your reservation

If for any reason, you wish to modify your excursion reservation (change of date, change of shift, change in the number of participants or change of activity, this will be possible depending on the availability of the provider or providers to accept said modification and in any case you must request the change in writing via email more than 24 hours in advance of the excursion that was contracted and scheduled, sending us an email to [email protected] you must include in the email all the data related to the hired excursion including Reservation Number and Pin Code if any, name and date of the excursion as well as your customer data.


Booking information confirmation.

It is extremely important to contact Bávaro Go at least two (2) days before the completion of your excursion and provide your hotel information again as well as indicate your Room number by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
If there was any hotel change you must provide us with the name of the hotel and room number where you are staying. Otherwise, we will not be able to pick you up at your new hotel for lack of this information, this will turn it into a No Show and you will lose all the rights of your reservation and a 100% charge will be applied to the total paid in the said reservation.

Additional correspondence

When making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email and directions to print your Excursion Voucher. Also when making a reservation, you agree to receive e-mails of promotions, offers or follow-up from bavarogo.com. It is important that you read any e-mail related to your reservation as the information contained can be extremely important.

Additional terms

To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions and the provision of our services will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in the Dominican Republic, and any controversy arising from these general terms and conditions and of our services will be presented only before the competent Courts of Higüey, in the Dominican Republic.

The original Spanish version of these terms and conditions has been translated into other languages. The translated version is a courtesy and unofficial translation, therefore no translation rights can be extracted. In case of dispute over the content or interpretation of the terms and conditions, as well as in the case of conflicts, contradictions or discrepancies between the Spanish version and the other versions in other languages, the Spanish version of these terms prevails and It is conclusive to the extent permitted by law. You can check the English version on our website (by selecting the language) or ask us in writing to send it to you.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid or non-binding, you will continue to be bound by the other provisions mentioned. If this occurs, the invalid provision must be fulfilled to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and, to the extent possible, an effect similar to that of invalid or non-binding provisions will be accepted, in accordance with the content and purpose of these terms and terms.

About bavarogo.com and subsidiaries

bavarogo.com provides the service of booking activities and/or excursions. It is a public access domain or website based on the property rights of its owner (s) and legally represented by TOURSITE SRL and the headquarters of bavarogo.com is located in Bávaro, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and It has several groups of affiliated companies (the “subsidiary companies”) throughout the world. These subsidiaries provide only internal support to, and for the benefit of bavarogo.com. Some specific affiliate companies provide limited customer support services (by phone only). Subsidiary companies have no power or authority to provide the service, represent bavarogo.com or sign a contract on their behalf. Subsidiaries do not operate and are not authorized to act as any type of process agent or service of bavarogo.com.

bavarogo.com does not accept or assume any other domicile in any place, location or office in the world (nor in the office of its subsidiaries), other than its registered office of Bávaro, Punta Cana or other address previously indicated on its website as domicile or branch of bavarogo.com anywhere in the world.
