How can I book an excursion?

The reservation process on our website is very simple. Next to each product is a form where you will enter the number of people and the date of your activity and immediately the availability will be shown. You can send your reservation to the cart and continue shopping or you can go to the cart to complete your purchase.

How do I pay for my reservations?

After completing the information in your reservation, the system will take you to the PayPal payment platform where you can make your payment 100% securely.

Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?

Can I pay a part or make a payment and pay the rest on arrival?

To guarantee your reservation it is necessary that you make the payment of the total amount of your excursion. You cannot pay at the destination or pay the guide. All reservations and payments must be made through the Bávaro Go website.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to pay for my reservations?

It is NOT necessary to have a PayPal account, you can pay for your reservation using your Visa or Mastercard credit card and at the end you can create a PayPal account. If you already have a PayPal account then you can log into your account and complete the payment for your excursion.

Why can't I see the excursions that I put on my wish list?

It is because you probably have not logged into your account. You can log in from the menu or register to save to your wish list.

Cancellations and Refunds

Can I cancel my reservation?

The cancellation policy is indicated on the page of each activity. There is more extended information on our Terms and Conditions page. If the cancellation is made after the deadline and there will be no refund unless the cancellation is due to medical causes justified with an official certificate. In any case you must contact us.

How do I cancel my reservation?

To cancel a reservation if you are within the business period according to the excursion’s cancellation policy, you just have to log into your account and use the cancellation option. After confirming that the request was made within the period, we will proceed to reimburse the amount paid for said excursion.

Will I have a refund if my excursions are canceled by you?

Yes. In the event that an activity is canceled by our provider for whatever reason, you have the right to request a refund of the amount paid for said activity, or you can request a change in the date of the activity.

Can I request a refund if I cancel a tour after the business period?

Cancellations made outside the deadlines indicated under our policy, will only be reimbursed if they are due to medical causes which must be justified in an official medical certificate. If this is the case, you must contact us to process your refund.

Can I request a refund in cash or in another currency?

Refunds will be made through the same form of payment in which the reservation was made. It is an automatic operation that cannot be modified for security reasons.

Can I cancel my tour if it rains or the weather is bad?

All activities are carried out normally throughout the year regardless of rain. If due to extreme conditions (for example, a strong storm, or a stoppage) the supplier had to cancel a tour, an alternative date or the immediate refund of the payment would be offered.
