The reservation process on our website is very easy. Next to each product is a form where you will enter the number of people and the date of your activity and immediately the availability will be shown. Complete all the fields to continue with your purchase.
After completing the information in your reservation, the system will take you to the PayPal payment platform where you can make your payment 100% securely.
To guarantee your reservation it is necessary that you make the payment of the total amount of your excursion. You cannot pay at the destination or pay the guide. All reservations must be made through the Bávaro Go website.
It is NOT necessary to have a PayPal account, you can pay your reservation using your Visa or Mastercard credit card and at the end you can create a PayPal account. If you already have a PayPal account then you can log into your account and complete the payment for your excursion.
It’s because you probably haven’t logged into your account. You can log in from the menu or register to save to your wish list.
The cancellation policy is indicated on the page of each activity. There is more detailed information on our Terms and Conditions page. If the cancellation is made outside the established period for each excursion, there will be no refund unless the cancellation is due to medical reasons justified with an official medical certificate. In any case you must contact us.
To cancel a reservation if you are within the period allowed according to the excursion’s cancellation policy, you just have to log into your account and use the cancellation option. Luego de confirmar que la solicitud se hizo dentro del plazo, procederemos a procesar el reembolso de lo pagado por dicha excursion. The refund may take between three (3) to five (5) days after the process begins.
Yes. In the event that an activity is canceled by our provider for whatever reason, you have the right to request a refund of the amount paid for said activity, or you can request a change in the date of the activity.
Cancellations made outside the deadlines indicated under our policy, will only be refunded if they are due to medical causes which must be justified in an official medical certificate. If this is the case, you must contact us to process your refund.
Refunds will be made using the same form of payment in which the reservation was made. It is an automatic operation that cannot be modified for security reasons.
All activities are carried out normally throughout the year regardless of rain. If due to extreme conditions (for example, a strong storm, or a stoppage) the supplier had to cancel a tour, an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid would be offered.
The weather in Punta Cana is warm throughout the year. Probably the best month to go to Punta Cana is March because the weather is so cool and incredible. Also in May is a good time to visit Punta Cana as the high season is over and the crowds have left so you can enjoy and have more fun in these months.

The Dominican Republic has no real “rainy season.” There may be rain but it is not constant as in other countries that do have rainy seasons. Rainfall can occur in months like March and May. There is also a hurricane season that runs from June to November, but it hardly ever affects the area.
The Dominican Republic is a generally safe country for tourists. Most tourists stay at hotels and resorts on the east side of the island in Punta Cana, which is one of the safest vacation spots in the Caribbean, and tourists can feel comfortable stepping outside the hotel zone.
Tap water is not suitable for drinking because it is not purified water. We recommend drinking bottled water that can be found in resorts, excursions and establishments.
The official language of the Dominican Republic is Spanish. English is spoken in most tourist areas. The staff of some hotels and tour companies can speak other languages, such as French, Portuguese, Italian, German and Russian.
The currency in the Dominican Republic is the peso (DOP), but since Punta Cana is a tourist area frequented by international tourists, most hotels, tour companies, shops, and restaurants accept the US dollar and the euro.
